You’re allowed to be proud of surviving things no one knows about.

Some of the hardest battles you’ve fought?
No one knows about them.

They didn’t see the nights you almost gave up.
They didn’t see the mornings you had to drag yourself out of bed when everything in you was screaming to hide.
They didn’t see the quiet moments when you chose healing over numbing, growth over staying stuck.

There were victories you had that didn’t look like winning to anyone else—
But they were victories all the same.

✨ Choosing yourself when it would have been easier to stay small.
✨ Setting a boundary even though your hands were shaking.
✨ Believing you deserved better even when it broke your heart.

You don’t need applause for surviving.
You don’t need validation for becoming.
You don’t need permission to feel proud of yourself.

You already know what you’ve survived.
You already know how far you’ve come.
And that’s enough.

It always has been.
